myEGNB - Online Billing FAQs

Q:   How do I access my Enbridge Gas New Brunswick bills online?

A:    You can register for myEGNB, Enbridge Gas New Brunswick’s online billing service, to see your latest and historical Enbridge Gas New Brunswick bills, monitor your gas consumption, view your account information, sign-up for paperless e-billing and more.

Access to myEGNB is available from the naturalgasnb.com home page and is also conveniently located at the top of every screen on the Enbridge Gas New Brunswick website.

You can access your paperless bills from any computer with an internet connection and a web browser that supports 128-bit encryption. 

You will receive a monthly email from us letting you know that your bill is ready to be viewed online. It will also contain useful information including the balance of your current bill and the payment due date.

Q:   What information do I need in order to register for myEGNB?

A:    In order to register for myEGNB to view your billing information online, you must first create your online profile. Then you will link your Enbridge Gas New Brunswick account(s) to your online profile. You will need the account number located on your Enbridge Gas New Brunswick bill and the primary phone number associated with the account.

A:    This information is used to better serve you by helping us manage and improve the content of our website, the information on your account, and to diagnose technical problems. Q:     What if I forget my username and/or password?

A:    If you forget your username and/or password for myEGNB, click the “Forgot your Username or Password?” link on themyEGNBsign-in page. You will then be asked to enter the email address associated with yourmyEGNB online profile when you signed up. Once you’ve entered your email address, you will receive an email with your username and a link that will prompt you to reset your password.

Q:     Can more than one person set up a myEGNB profile to view the same account(s)? (example: husband and wife)

A:    Yes, more than one person can set up myEGNB online profiles to view the same accounts. You can each register for myEGNB to see your latest and historical Enbridge Gas New Brunswick bills, monitor your gas consumption, view your account information, sign-up for paperless e-billing and more.

Each of you must first create your online profiles. Then you will each link your Enbridge Gas New Brunswick account(s) to your online profiles. You will each need the account number located on your Enbridge Gas New Brunswick bill and the primary phone number associated with the account.

You will each receive a monthly email from us letting you know that your bill is ready to be viewed online. The email will also contain useful information including the balance of your current bill and the payment due date.

Q:    How do I change my billing information (e.g. address, phone number, etc.)?

A:    To inquire on and make changes to your account, including your address and phone number, please contact us at                1-800-994-2762 (Monday-Friday - 8:00 am - 6:00 pm) or send us an email.

Q:    What are my payment options? Am I able to pay my bill within myEGNB?

A:    There are a number of convenient options for paying your Enbridge Gas New Brunswick bill, such as the pre-authorized payment plan and online banking through your financial institution.
