Preventative Maintenance Plan Options

Choose the coverage that best suits your businesses’ needs:

1.Commercial Cleaning Plan

– Includes an annual cleaning of your natural gas heating appliance and 25% off regular commercial labour rates on regular and after hours service calls.*

If you purchase the Commercial Cleaning Plan, you can also add a Water Heater Cleaning Plan with the same level coverage.

2.Commercial Protection Plan

- Includes an annual cleaning of your natural gas heating appliance, plus complete labour and parts coverage for all components inside the appliance casing. With the Commercial Protection Plan, all service call charges will be covered, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.*

If you purchase the Commercial Protection Plan, you can also add a Water Heater Protection Plan with the same level of coverage.

The Commercial Cleaning Plan and Commercial Protection Plan are available for the following natural gas heating appliances:

Combo Boilers with Air Handler
Radiant Tube Heaters
Infrared Heaters
Unit Heaters

The Water Heater Cleaning Plan and Water Heater Protection Plan are available for the following natural gas water heater units:

Tank type water heater
Indirect tank
Tankless water heater
