Effective June 3, 2010, the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board has made a decision regarding the LFO rate class.

Effective May 1, 2010, the maximum allowable delivery charge will change for all natural gas customers, excluding those in the LFO rate class.

April 7, 2010- The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board has undertaken a review of matters related to Enbridge Gas New Brunswick. As part of this process, the Board will be conducting a review of Enbridge Gas New Brunswick's Cost of Capital.
