The Fixed Price Product offers residential customers the peace of mind of a locked in gas supply charge for one year, from November 1st to October 31st. It is available to all residential customers who have selected Enbridge Utility Gas (EUG) for their natural gas supply.
- EGNB will advise you of all available gas supplier options no more than 90 days and no less than 60 days before the expiry of the Fixed Price Term.
- Upon expiry of the Fixed Price Term, the standard EUG Terms and Conditions shall resume applying to your purchase of natural gas from EGNB.
EGNB’s obligation to sell you gas at the Fixed Rate will terminate upon expiry of the Fixed Price Term.
Enbridge Gas New Brunswick does not charge a fee for changing price plans and the fixed price will only be applied to your “gas supply charge” on your bill, not the other two components.
After October 31st, customers in the Fixed Price Program will automatically be placed back on the regular EUG, standard natural gas pricing on November 1. EGNB will send you a reminder in August to advise you of your gas supply options.
