We had a chance to sit down with Murray Appleby from Degree Technologies, and get the scoop on partnering with us. Here’s what he had to say.

Enbridge Gas New Brunswick: Hi Murray, tell us a bit about Degree Technologies and what you have to offer.

Murray Appleby: Degree Technologies offers quite a few things actually. For the most part, we offer heating and cooling services and maintenance for commercial and residential customers, natural gas service and maintenance (which is where Enbridge fits in), and custom sheet metal fabrication.

Enbridge Gas New Brunswick: Tell us about your partnership with us.     

Murray Appleby: We’ve partnered with Enbridge Gas New Brunswick to help better serve natural gas customers in the Fredericton and surrounding areas. We help with servicing and maintaining a lot of customers’ natural gas appliances and equipment, which keeps things running smoothly.

Enbridge Gas New Brunswick: Can you describe the partnership, and how it brings value to both Degree Technologies and Enbridge Gas New Brunswick?

Murray Appleby: Our partnership allows Enbridge Gas New Brunswick to provide top-notch customer service, while at the same time gets Degree Technologies out there, which is helping us become a name that is recognized in the natural gas industry. It’s a good fit for both teams.

Enbridge Gas New Brunswick: What are we like to work with? (Remember who’s interviewing you!)

Murray Appleby: Nothing bad to say here! Enbridge is very positive and flexible to work with. Initially, you were cautious about who you wanted to partner with, which is good. This showed us that you were serious and dedicated to making this partnership work, which made us recognize this was an organization we also wanted to deal with. It’s been nothing but a great experience since then.
