Giving Back and Raising Spirits

In the spirit of the holiday season, Enbridge Gas New Brunswick is giving back to the local food banks to help feed those less fortunate.

For the 5th year in a row, Dawn Allaby (Marketing Operations Coordinator) has helped to organize the three offices in New Brunswick (Fredericton, Moncton and Saint John) in giving back and collecting non-perishable food items for the Fredericton Food Bank, Saint John Food Bank and Moncton Food Bank.

She says that as a good corporate citizen, it’s important to give back to those who need it the most, especially at this time of year.

“It is so easy for people to become distracted over the holidays and forget that organizations like the food bank require donations to provide to the less fortunate. Enbridge Gas New Brunswick employees have big hearts and understand the importance of giving back to the community, especially in these difficult financial times,” she says.

In total, Enbridge Gas New Brunswick employees collected 16 boxes, stuffed full of goodies to give to their local food banks.
