At Enbridge Gas New Brunswick we understand that each business is different. For that reason, we take the time to look at each individual business and find the right solutions to help you make your decision to use natural gas.
The steps you can expect to follow through your decision making process and implementation of a new natural gas system are listed below.
Your assigned Account Manager will meet with you to identify your needs, priorities, decision-making process, and gather information necessary to provide a suitable business case.
Based on your buying process, Enbridge Gas New Brunswick’s Installation Services Department or a contractor of your choice will conduct a site visit to create a suitable scope of work and cost of conversion to incorporate into your business case.
After the site visit, your Account Manager will put together the business case that includes a consumption analysis, potential savings, the conversion costs and any available funding programs to which you may qualify.
Upon approval of the business case, you will be required to sign the proposal, a natural gas application form, and any additional forms consistent with your decision.
Enbridge Gas New Brunswick will facilitate the installation of your service line and meter for your business and assist, as needed, in coordinating the conversion of your equipment to natural gas to ensure timelines and quality assurances are met.
All natural gas installations are inspected prior to turn-on by a certified Enbridge Gas New Brunswick technician.
Enbridge Gas New Brunswick has a fully equipped Service Department that offers service technicians and additional maintenance plans for all commercial customers to assist in the worry free operation of their new natural gas equipment.
